The US–Nepal Gastronomy Chef Association, in partnership with local Nepali restaurants, has announced a special Nepal Flood Relief Fundraising Masterclass Dinner aimed at supporting families and communities affected by the recent floods in Nepal. The event will bring together renowned chefs and culinary professionals for an evening that celebrates Nepal’s rich food culture while contributing to recovery and rebuilding efforts.

Guests will enjoy an exclusive five-course masterclass dinner featuring dishes inspired by Nepal’s flood-affected regions. The culinary experience will be complemented by a specially curated wine selection by sommelier Michael Scaffidi. The event has received support from the Embassy of Nepal, with collaboration from the Académie Culinaire de France and participation from distinguished Master Chefs of France, highlighting the international solidarity behind the initiative.
Organizers say the fundraiser is designed to unite the Nepali-American community and the wider culinary world in a meaningful cause. All proceeds from the dinner will go toward Nepal flood relief and recovery efforts. Emphasizing the event’s mission, organizers stated, “Every plate tells a story. Every contribution helps rebuild a life,” underscoring the role of food, culture, and community in supporting those affected by disaster.
